Dancing in the storm

I dance beneath the clouds
as the storm unleashes
its chaotic joy.
Rain slashes through
darkness
lit only by lightnings
fierce strokes,
Thunder crescendos
an anthem which
rises and rolls
across the sky.
Music has much
to learn in passion
from the fiercest
exultation
of the heavens
as the storm commands
one to dance
across rain slick
surfaces, splashing
in and out with joy.
Sliding across the
stone and mud.
Resplendent we
are as
water cloaks us
in its glory
to reflect the flashing
strokes above.
Dance
in the moment.
Live in the storm.
Its glory is all there is
to know.
For this one,
mad
moment.
ROAR!
Echo the thunders cries.
We exist.
We are
one.
Just something inspired by the early morming thunderstorm which appeared.

Poetry with galoshes! Different approach for you but I liked.
Would have been nice to get some more of that rain here though. So dry...
